Many individuals need help with their utilities each month. In Oregon there are 
programs to help. These programs include. LIHEAP, EWEB Customer Care “ECC” for EWEB customers, and Project Share. These programs for assistance are offered on a first come first served bases. You are encouraged to call and set up an appointment as soon as possible if you need assistance. Also walk in appointments are not taken you must call first 541-747-8349.
