   The City of Wichita Falls offers the HOME program. It is one of the biggest block grants available from the federal government. This grant can be used for the purchase, repair, or construction of a new home.

   In addition this grant partners with some charities, state and local governments too provide better services to the public. The City of Wichita Falls also offers a first time homebuyers program.
