The Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) is offered in Webb County. 
This program helps low income individuals pay their utility bill. Qualifications do exist such as household income limits. In addition to their qualifications they must be provided certain documents like a check stubs. If you would want to join this program Residents must set up an appointment with a Webb County CAA Case Worker. You will need all of your documents at the time of the appointment too.
