Pierce County Washington offers an energy assistance program (EAP) that can pay 
your heating bills. You must qualify for assistance and if you do not qualify they still offer many useful tips that will help you save money on your utility bills. Also every applicant will receive education on energy conservation, utility payment plans, and budgeting. If you need financial help with your utility bill apply for EAP today. Funds are limited.
