Appalachian Power: Virginia

Appalachian Power offers the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Program to help low income Save money by using energy savings light bulbsindividuals afford their power bill. The program is funded through the Dollar Energy Fund. To be eligible you must live in Virginia and file an application too. Other requirements may apply. If you live in this area and need financial help with your utilities, please call 800-956-423 or sign up for the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Program. This program is not for everyone but will be a tremendous help for some.
