Dominion Virginia Power offers energy assistance programs to anyone experiencing 
financial hardships including education and bill assistance. You may dial 2-1-1 for available services in your community. There are programs available to assist you. Resources and referrals for child care, elder care, and housing assistance are available 24 hours a day. EnergyShare is another program created to help individuals experiencing financial hardships.
