Utah offers programs for low income utility assistance. Here are some of the
programs: Energy Assistance Fund (EAF) and the Home Electric Lifeline Program (HELP). The EAF program offers you $37 after you have used the HEAT credit funds. In other words you have to be accepted and using the HEAT program first to use the EAF program. HELP is less strict. You only have to meet the HEAT guidelines to be accepted to this program.
