Lubbock Housing Finance Corporation (LHFC)

The LHFC offers the Housing Across Texas (HAT) program. If you qualify, you may Printget a grant that covers up to 5% of your total loan. The grants can be used for down payments, closing costs, or prepaid expenses like homeowners insurance.  The programs purpose is to promote economic development and to encourage building in the community. This program is available to citizens of Lubbock and the surrounding counties. If you would like more information please call (806-744-5397).
