Lubbock Housing Finance Corporation (LHFC)

The LHFC offers the Housing Across Texas (HAT) program. If you qualify, you may get a grant that covers up to 5% of your total loan. The grants can be used for down payments, closing costs, or prepaid expenses like homeowners insurance.  The programs purpose is to promote economic development and to encourage building in the community.
