The Sickle Cell foundation of Tennessee offers some individuals help with their 
utilities. The maximum amount of utility assistance they provide is $100 per year. Qualification and restrictions exist. The main qualification for help is living with Sickle Cell. This program requires a referral from a Sickle Cell Clinic and/or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital social workers.
