Why do I need to control my Stress?
Stress is on a spectrum. The trick is to control and manage it overtime. To much stress for a long period of time can cause disorders like depression or anxiety. You should try to control your stress so you do not develop theses disorders. Moreover if you stay stressed over a long period of time your cortisol levels will increase. Higher levels of cortisol will have negative health effects like imbalances of blood sugar, high blood pressure, decreased bone density, lowered immunity, etc… However some stress for a short period of time can be healthy. Your ability to get things done, think clearly, and remember things better will be increased in part by the release of adrenaline.
