The program called GROW South Dakota offers individuals onetime emergency help 
for bills. Program restrictions apply like income limits. Funds will be dispersed until they run out. Thus, you are encouraged to apply early. Also if you are over 60 you may qualify for a monthly food box. This food box is provided at no charge.
