Here are a couple of assistance programs offered in South Carolina for low income 
individuals: Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP), Low-Income Weatherization Program, Project Share, and United Way 2-1-1. The Project Share program provides assistance to low income disabled or elderly individuals. Assistance may only be granted to individuals who have SCE&G for their electric or energy needs.
