NeighborhoodLIFT Program

Origin South Carolina is part of the NeighborhoodLIFT Program. This program offers down payment and closing cost assistance for the purchase of a home. They can match funds up to $7,500. In addition this program provides you with the necessary education you need. Income limits do apply and assistance is limited to fist time homebuyers too. Program is only available in Lexington and Richland counties. The home must be primary or owner occupied, and the home can be detached, townhouse, condominum, 1-4 units, or a planned unit development. For more information please call 843.735.5500.
