Tri-Town Community Action Agency offers multiple programs to help individuals. 
Some of the programs offered are emergency assistance, Appliance Management, Emergency Basic Human Needs, Emergency Boiler Repair, Emergency Food and Shelter Vouchers, Fuel Assistance (LIHEAP), etc… Most of these programs are only offered to low income individuals and other qualifications do apply.
