James 1:19

 ^“Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger;”

This quote reminds us to listen, process, and think before we speak. All to often we speak without understanding the consequences of what we say. Words and ideas have profound effects on life. To communicate in a healthy way, others have to be willing communicate differently which is not an easy thing to do. However if you can communicate with others differently, your relationships will improve though. Ask yourself “How can you do this?”
