Good mental health or well being starts with the following areas:

  1. Ability to learn. Example: Trying something new or trying to do something better in a different way
  2. Ability to cope with positive and negative emotions. Example: Being able to manage oneself.
  3. Ability to form and maintain good relationships with other people . Example:  Being socially active.
  4. Ability to cope and manage change or uncertainty. Example: Being ok of with not having control.
