UGI offers utility assistance to its low income customers. The assistance program is personalized and based off your income. This program is designed to make your utility bill through UGI more affordable. Once you join the UGI program and are in good standing overtime you debt can be forgiven. Income and household limits do apply. However if you are having financial trouble and live in the Pennsylvania area, please give UGI a call to see how they can help you.
