Alzheimer’s disease slowly affects memory, thinking, and the ability to manage everyday tasks. One of the first areas many people notice changes in is organization. Bills get misplaced. Appointments are forgotten. Routines become harder to follow.

While these challenges are real, good organizational habits can still make daily life easier and less stressful for both the person living with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s creating simple systems that reduce confusion and support independence for as long as possible.
