Community Action helps low income individuals with their electric and heating bill. 
This program is year round and is funded through federal, state, and local agencies. Community action assistance is based off of household income. If community action can not assist you with funds, they will work with your energy provider to help lower your bill. To apply an initial email or phone call is needed. Next an in person interview will be set up. Documents will need to be brought to the interview. For more information please call 503.615.0771.
