The HSO program offers many home buying educational courses. If your new to buying a home, we recommend learning about the home buying process. The more you know the less likely you are to get taken advantaged of through this long stressful process.  Before you consider buying a home ask yourself “can I afford to buy a home right now?” Please use your due diligence by checking your finances and using a mortgage calculator “before” you decide to go through the process of getting a home or taking a course. This tip is so minute that some people forget to do it. So we wanted to re-emphasize it.
