The Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSCO) offers two programs that might 
help you. First they offer a time extension for your bill. PSCO has this program because they realize that financial hardships occur in life. PSCO also offers the third party disconnection program. It can prevent electricity from being shut off at a family members or loved ones house (if they have this utility company). Once enrolled you will receive notices if a family member or loved one is at risk of disconnection from this utility provider.You must apply for this program to enjoy it benefits.
