Oklahoma Utility Assistance

The Office of Disability Concerns helps the Salvation Army administer funds through specific utility companies. The purpose is to help individuals pay their utility bills. Specifically individuals over the age of 62 or people with disabilities. There are requirements for each program that must be met before assistance is given. For more information on each of these programs please call or visit the Salvation Army. Also check with the Salvation Army to make sure an assistance program is available in your county (405) 521-3756, 1-800-522-8224 or (405) 522-6706 TTY.

About EDL

Our mission at Elderly or Disabled Living is to provide help to the ones who need it. EDL’s way of helping others is to assist financially or by providing  resources. Moreover, EDL was created with helping others in mind. Caring for others maybe a little harder to find nowadays, but it is still here and alive. It's just harder to find. We are here for you.
