The Salvation Army provides two programs that may help you pay your utility bill, if 
you qualify. There is the neighbor to neighbor program and the heat program. The neighbor to neighbor program can provide you assistance if their guidelines are met. One of their guidelines is to have made a sincere effort to pay your bill. The heat program through Columbia Gas offers up to $250 of assistance. There are income restrictions and other qualifications for this program. For more information please call 614-221-6561.
