Southeastern North Dakota Community Action program offers financial assistance 
with light bills. Their program seeks to help individuals who have exhausted all other resources and have past due or disconnect notices. If you qualify for assistance funds will be directed to the utility company. An initial pre-screening phone call or email is needed before an in person interview is given. Similar to many other utility assistance programs household income is required to be a certain amount before help is given. For more information call 701-232-2452 ext. 123.
