Aging and Disability Resource Center

ADRC of New Mexico has a program available for individuals transferring from long term resourcecare care back to a community environment. This transition is not an easy but the skills necessary to achieve it will be offered. If needed, the ADRC will find you additional programs for community living too. This program is not for everyone. More information can be obtained by calling 1-800-432-2080 for those interested. Again this option is only for those ready to go back to the home care environment.
