New Jersey Utility Assistance

NJ SHARES is a financial assistance program that helps low to moderate income individuals experiencing financial difficulties. Financial difficulties or crisis’s are defined in many ways such as a job loss or a illness. If an individual qualifies for assistance, grants are given up to $700 for gas and up to $500 for electricity. Household size and income limits do apply.
