Care Connection is an aging and disability resource center. They offer many 
programs including programs on medicare, family caregiving, benefit counseling, and much more. In addition to these services Care Connection also offers transportation to those who live in Harris County, are 65 year old or older, are disabled, or travel within Harris County.
