Disability Determination Services

The Disability Determination office of Nebraska can officially make a disability determination for you. They will examine your medical records, medical and psychological evidence, and examine your personal statements. In addition they can offer you a continuing disability review too if you are already receiving disability benefits. For more information call 800-331-5616. A disability decision is not final and  can be appealed; an appeal can be made at the Offices of Disability Adjudication and Review.
