Motivation Tip
Motivation is the desire to do things.You can either choose to get up and do something or be lazy. Doing activity does not have to be something physical or strenuous either. It can be as simple as flying a kite with a grandchild, taking them to the park, or doing a puzzle with them. Most of us want to have good heath and we want to play an active part with family. The desire to play an active part with family will will lead to better health for you and your family if acted upon too. However the motivation to do something must be present. EDL hopes you never loose motivation or if you have we hope you get it back. So many people will be positively impacted.
