Down payment assistance loans are offered through the Coon Rapids Assistance Most popular iconFoundation. Their funds must be used in conjunction with the Federal Housing 203(k) purchase and renovation loan. Down payment assistance may not exceed $6,000. This program is not limited to first time home buyers and it does not have any income limits either. Other restrictions do apply.
