Midland Utility Assistance Programs

Utility providers throughout Texas offer various low-income utility assistance programs. Texas Interfaith Power and Light offers a list of utility company providers that provide financial assistance to low income individuals. If you would like a list of your local area assistance programs over the phone please call 2-1-1. Simply put there are two state run programs and there are multiple local utility companies that offer assistance. The two state run programs are the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) and the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).
