Home Possible Neighborhood Solution Program (HPNSP)

   The HPNSP is offered by Freddie Mac. The program has flexible credit terms
and it offers low down payments for community workers too. A community worker includes but is not limited to the following military personnel, health care workers, teachers, firefighters, law enforcement officers, etc...  

   Again this program is designed to help community workers by lowering their mortgage rate and mortgage insurance. If you are interested in this program please call 972-347-9224 to find out more information.
