   I am in the process of moving and have been here for five years. I have never been late on rent, but I can’t afford to live here anymore. I am on a fixed income. Each year the rent has gone up. It is now to a point where I can’t do it anymore and have no choice but to move. Thank you EDL for helping me with moving expenses. It helps so much.
