The Livingston Emergency Assistance Fund (LEAF) was established to help families in poverty with case management and crisis intervention assistance. This program was created by the Livingston County Community Initiatives Council and a private foundation, Catholic Charities to help those in need. Currently there are three funds for the program that offer assistance. For more information about qualifications and requirements please call (585) 658-4466 .
