The IFA offers down payment assistance to individuals who qualify. There are two 
programs that offer help. One is for first time home buyers called FirstHome. The other is for anyone not a first time home buyer called Homes for Iowans. Income limits and other conditions do apply for this program. If you are interested in either of these programs check your eligibility status and then fill out an application.
