Inspiration: Thought Control


   So often in life we let our thoughts and emotions control our behavior. However this is not beneficial to our mental health. Letting our thoughts wonder and by constantly going down the “what if” rabbits wholes will negatively impact our mental health. Remember to stop! You do not have to keep going all the way down the rabbit whole. Keep trying to control your thoughts. You will get better and better with time.
