Negative thoughts can be bad for our mental health. They can spiral out of control really quick. For example, one negative thought leads to another, then another, then another. Before you know it, the negative thoughts become something you believe. They control your actions and the way you think. Don’t let this happen. You are the maker of your thoughts. You can choose what you believe and how you act. Self-will and/or medication will help you take back control of your thoughts.
