Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA)
The IHFA offers down payment assistance and closing cost assistance to buyers with 
good credit. There are no first time home buyer requirements. Instead your credit score is considered. Qualified applicants can receive a 10 year second mortgage on their home. The loan will include the down payment and closing cost amounts at the interest rate of 2%.The maximum amount the loan can be is 3.5% interest or $8,000.
