Colossians 3:2

To all the families and loved ones suffering this week, we would like to take some time and offer you some Words of faith: “Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.” All to often we overwhelm ourselves with daily troubles and drama. We tend to think only about the here and now.  However its worth taking some time   to remember what really matters. For some that may be family, for others it may be religion or otherwise. Whatever works for you, EDL encourages you to take some time to reflect. There is good happening all around us but sometimes we get to busy to see it. Our focus is on all the negative things we see or hear, not the positive.

Experiment: Try to recall the negative things you have seen or heard today/this week. Now try to recall all the positive things you have seen or heard today/this week. Was it easier for you to recall more positive or negative things . Ask yourself why do I have that outcome?
