Desirae L. AL: Formal Application

   We are struggling each day. I am a single mother of 2 and I recently became disabled through no fault of my own. Now, I am barely able to provide for my children, which was a struggle even before. There is no way we can afford the household expenses with all of the medical bills and other bills that keep coming in. EDL has been gracious enough to provide some financial help. At this point we will take what we can get. Thank you EDL.
