First Time Homebuyer
A first time home buyer is defined as someone who has not owned a home in the past
three years. The down payment assistance program offered by the first time home buyer program stipulates a person must meet the minimum family income limit set by the federal government. If you meet the minimum family requirement, the first time home buyer program will work with an approved lender to obtain a more affordable home loan. The program does not give any money to individuals. Instead it provides money that goes toward the home loan. For more information please call 720-482-3000.
