Meridian Home Mortgage Corporation (MHMC)

Meridian offers down payment assistance to home buyers in the following counties: Bucks county, Chester, Dauphin county, Montgomery county, Philadelphia, and York county. Most of these programs have their own guidelines. However all of these programs require some type of counseling education course. Down payment assistance ranges from $3,000 to $10,000 which will help with the purchase of a home. If you are interested please call (877) 878 – 0100 for more information.
