SETH offers home buyers monetary assistance. The monetary assistance they offer can be used for the down payment of a new house or it can be used for closing costs. The assistance is not a loan that must be repaid. Instead it is a gift. Income limits do apply but the purchaser does not have to be a first time home buyer either.
